Using Giro
These terms explain reasonable use of this website. Please use it lawfully and respect other visitors and contributors. Do not attack the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, interfere with tracking or submit someone else’s details to marketing without permission.
Stories, photographs and branding
Content may belong to Giro, its contributors or other rights holders, or be used under licence. Viewing the website does not grant a general right to reproduce its photographs, films, branding or text. Ask through the contact form about reuse, credits or a rights concern. Vehicle manufacturer names, badges and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; appearance here does not imply endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but pages may change or be unavailable. Archive stories describe past journeys. Live positions are intentionally approximate and delayed: do not use them for navigation, safety decisions or emergency assistance. External sites are responsible for their own content and services.
Accounts and access
There are no public member accounts. Administrator access is restricted to authorised operators. Keep admin credentials confidential, sign out on shared devices and report suspected access problems promptly.
Shop and trip places
The current shop is coming soon. The newsletter does not reserve a trip place or create a booking. Any future paid sale or event must provide its own applicable pre-contract information, price, delivery/cancellation arrangements and order confirmation before payment. These website terms do not replace your consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
